Perspective is a flatpack, powerful but easy to use, content management system (or CMS). It has been developed to let those who do not have a MySQL database attached to their hosting package to have a way of managing their website without the bore of downloading the content, editing and re-uploading; which wastes hours of precious time. If you want a simple way of doing it, this is the way forward. Also for those that want a more full featured system with backups, scripting and user privilege levels - this is the system for you.
